Refund policy

Printed items (apparel, stickers, posters) are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Skates, parts and protective gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they're unused and in their original box with everything that came with it. Email support@makioclub.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one, and original shipping costs aren't refunded. Exchanges for a different size of equal value ship free.

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@makioclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before they're printed or shipped.
